Keep In Shape
It seems that I’ve wrote a lot of health related posts lately. Considering my age right now makes health related issues look more important. Of course, I am still in my early thirties, but a couple of years ago, I thought that I’d stay on my twenties forever. So you can say that this is pretty scary stuff.
There are actually a couple of activities that I choose to keep in shape, but my favorite is Martial Arts. As of now, I’ve been doing Martial Arts for 15 years, although I’m not disciplined or focused enough to actually be a good martial artist, even after doing it for so long.
Right now, my practice schedule is once a week. Lately I realized that if I practiced consistently, even if only once a week, I should be able to maintain my fitness level. The problem is I did not always managed to follow my once a week training schedule.
To make matters worse, I love to eat and snack regularly. Lately I can feel that my body is not as it used to be, in term of shape and fitness. My stomach is getting more round, and I tire easily, and I realize that if I want to keep in shape, I need to stick to my training schedule, and that will help me get in shape better than any diet pill can do.
Oh well, I guess I better start training regularly again, starting this week. I hope I can really stick to it now, wish me luck!
