Here I am, sitting again in front of my PC feeling a little hot and humid because I intentionally turned off the fan. I don’t really like prolonged exposure to a fan because I feel that I have enough wind already whenever I go out using my motorcycle. Anyway, it is a story for another opportunity.

Right now, I just finished packing my bags because I’ll be leaving town for a couple of days. It has been a while since I went on a trip by plane, so I kind of welcomed the opportunity. It is going to be a 3 hours flight but I am not going to tell you where I am going. Wait until I post the photos from my trip and I’ll tell you then.

Oh well, I want to get some sleep but I still want to do something. Perhaps I’ll sleep in an hour or so after this.

I found an article about Seoul on Time’s website, and I was amazed by how advanced South Korea’s capital city is. I really wish I can go there someday. I guess that explains why there are a lot of electronic brands that comes from South Korea such as Samsung and LG. I can’t help but wonder how complicated maintaining all that technologies must be.

If you want to read the article, you can go and visit Wired Seoul on Time website. I never really considering going to Seoul myself, but after reading the article and seeing the pictures, I know I just have to go there someday. I just hope I can be lucky enough to actually get the chance to go there someday.

To visit the most connected city in the world will be like a dream come true. Someday perhaps, someday.

It has been a while since I last went to the mountains in West Java which are more commonly known as ‘Puncak’ or the Peak in Indonesian. It was refreshing and I have to admit, the fact that the trip was far from traffic jam made it more enjoyable.

It was rare to be able to go to Puncak on weekends and did not have to cope with the ever growing traffic jam. The last time I went there, it took me 4 hours to get to the Gadog traffic light. Last weekend, it took me around 30 minutes or so. I wish it could stay like that. Read the rest of this entry »

If you read my last post, then you should know what I am writing about. I just can’t get rid of traveling from my mind, so I decided to browse and look around before I go to sleep. It was a kind of strange, I have to admit. Ranting about stuffs like these is definitely not my forte.

Anyway, it was probably because I just got back from a vacation with family and close relatives. It was not very far, only around a couple hundred of kilometers away from Jakarta. It was an enjoyable vacation nonetheless; just perfect to spend the long weekend. I was sad that it was over now. Read the rest of this entry »

I rarely got the chance to travel around very often, although I have to admit that I like traveling. Fortunately, when the chance to do some traveling did arrive, I was able to travel without a lot of expense on my part. I was quite lucky, I have to admit that. I am thankful for all the traveling opportunities that were given to me.

It was probably not much compared to people whose live is spent traveling, but I still consider it a blessing. I have been given the opportunity to visit several interesting places because there are people kind enough to give me the chance to do so. I just wish I can bring back some souvenir for keepsakes.
