Firstmedia - Affordable Internet in Jakarta

First Media’s HomepageIf you happened to read my previous post about internet connection in Indonesia which I wrote around 3 weeks ago, then you should’ve known that right now, I am using Fastnet internet service from Firstmedia. As of now, they own the only cable TV and internet network in Indonesia, they are also the first one to offer unlimited broadband internet with speed ranging from 384Kbps to 3Mbps, and not to mention a very reasonably priced internet service. As of now, they have the best price for internet service in Jakarta, Indonesia.

At Firstmedia, a 384Kbps unlimited internet connection is priced at IDR 99.000 (around USD 10) and that is as cheap an internet connection that you can find in Jakarta at the moment. But in order to subscribe to their internet service, they also require you to be a subscriber of their Cable TV service. With a basic plan priced at IDR 99.000 it brings their most basic plan of internet and cable TV service to a fee of IDR 188.000 (around USD 20) and that is in my opinion, the most reasonably priced internet connection in Jakarta at the moment. How To Know If Your Site Has Been Duplicated

Copyscape Website’s ScreenshotAs any webmaster will tell you, in the internet the most important thing is traffic. Even if your writing skill could earn you a Pulitzer prize, if no one is actually reading your writing, then your writing skill will do you no good. But if your writing skill is good or even just okay, and there are hundreds or even thousands of people who read and actually likes your writing, then you have much more to gain.

But since there are literally millions of blogs out there in the Internet, finding out whether one or several blog has done just that is almost, if not, impossible. Read the rest of this entry »

And also, with the same amount of money, I can build myself a better custom-made PC. Of course, my buddy nu3l who is an avid Mac user (God bless his soul), constantly nags me into switching to a Mac. But I’m not that easily swayed. Well, actually it’s because I can’t afford it, simply put.

How to Get Your Blog Approved by Blogsvertise

Tonight, the verdict is in. Just a couple of hours ago, I received an e-mail from Blogsvertise’s representative saying that my blog has been approved. But, since the blog is rather new (less than 60 days old), they have put my account on probation. Besides new, another reason is because I haven’t got a lot of post on my blog. That in itself is a valid point. And in this case, both of them are true. But what I like about them is they’re willing to give a chance and are willing to give me assignments, only in a reduced rate of payout. And not also that, but they also told me about how to get off the probation status.

Blogsvertise’s Website

In my last post, I asked whether it is possible to earn money from blogging. As a matter of fact, on Indra’s Website, he recommends a site that he himself visited often. The website name is Blogsvertise. Here you can earn cash by doing a paid review(s) of other websites’ products and services that advertises themselves through the site, hence the name.
