Even though I’ve never played real golf before, I have always been fascinated with it. In my opinion golf is a sport that requires a high degree of concentration and finesse. Perhaps that is why golf is considered as an exclusive sport.

With the increase in gasoline’s price, the price of people’s basic needs such as food will inevitably increase as well to cover the increase in production cost. Surely that is going to make living even harder. I won’t be surprised if some people turn to alcohol to escape from the fact of life’s increasing pressure.

When people drink to forget, they tend to drink a lot, and when they drink a lot of alcohol for a prolonged time, eventually they’ll become addicted to it. Addiction is rarely a good thing, and we’ve read many times before how alcohol addiction is ruining many people’s lives.

These kinds of places are often called a rehabilitation center, or just rehab center for short. I used to imagine a rehab center as a dark and gloomy place with a lot of rooms which walls are covered with cushions and the occupant is fitted with a restraining jacket. But as I found out the internet, my imagination cannot be more far from the reality. That is when I found Sunset Malibu’s website.

A couple of weeks ago, I saw an ad about Cicipi.com in Facebook. In Indonesian language, Cicipi literally means ‘to taste’. My first thought when I saw the ad was that this website must be about food. So as a person who loves to pamper his taste buds, I decided to go and paid this website a visit.

As it happened, my initial guess is quite correct, Cicipi.com is indeed a website about food. Actually to be more precise, Cicipi.com is a review portal website about Food & Dining, and also about Beauty & Spa places in and around 4 big city / area in Indonesia namely Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya and Bali. If you read my last post about PayPerPost then you surely know that I am waiting for their approval regarding my blog. Yesterday they contacted me via e-mail saying that my blog has been approved and I can start looking for opportunities that I can write a review about. But before I started looking for opportunities, I want to share my experiences and opinion of PayPerPost so far.

I like the fact that PayPerPost is willing to give new blogger a chance by taking into consideration blogs that is only around 30 days old, and have around 10 unique posts minimal, where other website(s) usually only consider blogs that is at least twice as old and also have twice or more posts. I think that showed how much PayPerPost actually cares about new blogs and blogger.

I first found out about PayPerPost from another site in the Internet. At first I thought that it is hard to make money from the internet, even if I love what I am doing. But since I found out about PayPerPost, I begin to realize that perhaps there are ways to actually make money from the internet, especially if I look and try hard enough. I learned a lot since then, I even make some new friends along the way. I also learned that the persons who actually manage to make money from the internet is also the ones who gives a lot back to other people.

Such people I believe is also the people behind PayPerPost. You earn what you give, they said. And it is evident in PayPerPost blog ethics, in the values that they uphold such as honesty and the spirit of giving. And I hope I can be a part of it, which is by giving my best more and more. I also hope that someday I can make money from the internet and use that money to help myself and my family and also to help others who is less fortunate. Once again I thank PayPerPost for giving me a chance to actually do that, and best wishes for the future.

If you happened to read my previous post about internet connection in Indonesia which I wrote around 3 weeks ago, then you should’ve known that right now, I am using Fastnet internet service from Firstmedia. As of now, they own the only cable TV and internet network in Indonesia, they are also the first one to offer unlimited broadband internet with speed ranging from 384Kbps to 3Mbps, and not to mention a very reasonably priced internet service. As of now, they have the best price for internet service in Jakarta, Indonesia.

At Firstmedia, a 384Kbps unlimited internet connection is priced at IDR 99.000 (around USD 10) and that is as cheap an internet connection that you can find in Jakarta at the moment. But in order to subscribe to their internet service, they also require you to be a subscriber of their Cable TV service. With a basic plan priced at IDR 99.000 it brings their most basic plan of internet and cable TV service to a fee of IDR 188.000 (around USD 20) and that is in my opinion, the most reasonably priced internet connection in Jakarta at the moment.
