Exercise Regularly

I know that keeping up with routine exercise schedule is hard, especially if there is no one to encourage or even exercise with you. Speaking from experience, I know that exercising by your self is not much fun. It is easier and more fun to do it with loved ones or with a group of friends or even doing it in a place where there are a lot of people doing the same thing, even if we don’t know most of those people.

Although training alone have benefits too, sometimes it is hard to appreciate those benefits. When training alone, I can focus on my development and I can focus on every repetition, every move I make. Of course, I am usually a loner by nature in that I found my peace when I can be with just myself, so perhaps training alone is easier for me to do. Read the rest of this entry »

Wide Awake

Here I am, still awake watching the football game between Chile and Spain, feeling neither tired or sleepy. I know it was just some kind of illusion because the moment I lay my head on my pillow, I’ll fall asleep before I have the chance to count to ten. So why am I still forcing myself to be awake?

I guess I was a little confused as of late, and I really need to clear my head over a thing or two. I have rarely entered contemplating mode for a while, so I am still trying to come to terms with it. Sooner or later though, I have to sleep or else I might get tired later in the day. Healthy Life

I believe that everybody wants to have a healthy life, no matter who they are. Health is a very precious thing, sadly most people doesn’t take their health seriously. They want a healthy life, but they didn’t live healthily. On the contrary, their lifestyle is often unhealthy if not downright self destructing.

How can you expect to be healthy if you don’t even want to break a sweat? How can one expect to be healthy if they didn’t exercise regularly and not to mention eating a healthy diet? Workplace Hazard

Lately I noticed that there is more and more dust around my workspace. I know that I can’t be considered a diligent person, but at least I should learn to clean up my workplace a little. I realize that neglecting to keep your workspace clean can be hazardous to your health.

Of course dust is not as dangerous as other substance around the workplace that can cause health problem. There are a lot of people who have to deal with more dangerous substance in order to make a living. One of them is being exposed to asbestos, because asbestos can actually cause cancer. Make Sure

I remember the time when I don’t even really know what a life insurance really is. It felt like quite some time ago. Right now, you can be sure that at least one of your friends is an insurance agent. It could even be said that one of your relative is an agent. I guess it is becoming not just an option but a must.

With life, it is hard to actually predict what will happen to you tomorrow. We all like to think that we are going to live forever, but we know quite well that it is impossible.
