While I’m sure most people have already known who got sent home last Friday, I still want to make a post about American Idol Top 20 Result Show. For me there are some surprises regarding who got sent home last Friday. In case you’ve been away from the internet, television, or even you don’t really care about American Idol in general, let me tell you then that the ones who got sent home was Alexandréa, Alaina, Jason and Robbie.

At first I was kind of surprised of the result. You can go to my other post about who I thought are going home based on their performance. In my opinion, Alexandréa and Alaina sing better than both Amanda and Kady. I’m sure that there are many people who find Amanda unique, being a rocker and all. But I have never actually enjoyed her performance. And Kady sings un-inspirationally, which only serves me being more surprised because I still think that Alexandréa and Alaina is better.

For the guys, it was a mixed reaction. Seeing the re-runs, I have to admit that Jason, albeit performed not as well as he did last week, still did a better job than Robbie or Jason. But in my opinion, Luke should have gone home instead rather than Robbie or Jason. Anyway, this is American Idol I’m talking about, and that being the case, people surely voted for people not only because they sing well, but also because they found something to idolize in them. So look forward to more surprises in the coming weeks. Personally, I can’t wait until the next show! Later then!
