After the Break

As of several days ago, Euro 2008 has ended, and with it comes the rest period. I have to tell you that waking up late until the early hours of the morning to watch football, rest for 4 hours and then waking up and go to work is very tiring. So you can imagine how tiring it must be if the match is held almost every day in a month.

I got very tired and lacked sleep badly, even more so than blogging that I got sick with flu. I got mild fever, sore throat and a bad case of headache. It is not until today that I feel better, but still not fully recovered from the sickness, especially the coughing.

The bad thing in getting sick is that there is a chance that people who lives in the same house as you are will get sick too, and that happened to me also. My wife and my two children got sick with flu too. Thankfully as of today they have almost fully recovered also.

There is one thing that I hate when I got sick, that is I don’t get the chance to workout because I want to make sure that I am as rested as possible each and every day until I feel much better. And I also tried to eat a little bit more when I am sick. So I am not surprised to see my belly got a little rounder because of this.

Oh, well since I feel a whole lot better today, I guess I can start doing workout again tomorrow to lose a little weight and body fat. I’m glad I didn’t have to resort to taking weight loss pills just to lose weight.

Oh just one more thing before I go. I just update my post about how to import posts from blogger to wordpress with pictures and I also tried to tidy up the format a little. I hope you found it to be more useful than before. See you all later!

Euro has ended with many surprises. I was so excited with what Turkey, Russia, Croatia and off course Spain did. What a fantastic soccer! Finally, the best soccer style is always the attacking soccer. 😀

I agree with you, Ecko. I’m glad that this time the best team did win. I can’t wait for the Olympics and the World Cup to start!
