I know it is not easy to get a nice and decent job nowadays. A lot of people don’t even have a job! I am grateful that I have a job that I love, because not many people who have a job them self can say that they love their job. I know that some even said that their job is so boring and repetitive.

I really believe that your job feels that way because it stopped you from growing and realizing your full potential. Although it often because we feel quite comfortable and shunned change and challenge. We often opt for stability instead of change and challenge although that would also mean that we stunted our chance for growth. Read the rest of this entry »

Yesterday I was installing a new scanner for a user in my office. It was a Canon Scanner, but regrettably I forget the type. I believe it is a new model, consisting of a flatbed scanner, a multiple page scanner and a business card scanner. It has a black and silver finish and is also quite bulky and heavy.

Installing it was quite easy, the driver CD is included, and also a CD containing scanning software to use with the printer. If that was not enough they also include a CD with licensed Adobe Acrobat 9. I think it was quite good and installing the software is a breeze. Read the rest of this entry »

Back in my early junior high days, I joined my school Table Tennis club. I was not very good back then, but I love the sport nonetheless. I remember my first bat was a pre-made Stiga bat. I am not quite sure if it was a real Stiga bat, but I am still quite proud about it.

I didn’t have the chance to play for long then. Perhaps I only get to play for a year or two. I never played table tennis again after that until I learned that my office provided the employees with three table tennis table to play with. So, after almost 20 years, I get to play table tennis again.

It was then I realized that there are such things as a custom made table tennis bat. It was in the afternoon after work that I got to play with several of my co-workers when suddenly one of them lends me his bat.
