Although it is mid march already, the effect of the raining season still hangs around in my home, literally. Actually they hang around on my ceiling. Bit strange you might think, but what I am talking about is the light bulbs that provides me with, light of course.

What’s up with the bulbs? Apparently, being the old building that it is, the roofing is beginning to show its age. Water managed to seep through to the light fixture on the terrace, which makes it unusable for the time being. At least until I can persuade myself to check on it. Read the rest of this entry »

Just a quick post here. As you can see from the screen shot, I’ve finally upgraded my Wordpress version to 2.7.1. The dashboard looks nicer than the previous version that I used. I haven’t really checked all the new features yet, perhaps later on.

There’s one thing I noticed about the new features, especially in the Add New Posts section. They actually have a word counter on the bottom left of the writing pane! Now that’s a really useful new feature, at least for me though. The whole thing seems a little bit unresponsive compared to the last version that I used, which is version 2.5 RC1, but I just have to get use to it.

Anyway, it does feel good to do something new for this blog after two months of near inactivity. I hope I can go back to writing more post(s). Okay, just thought I let you guys know. See you later!
