Feeling A Little Light Headed

I used to have my sporting session a couple of days a week. That way, I can maintain my level of fitness, because if I didn’t do my training for a couple of times, my body feels not right, and my head felt a little light headed somehow. I’m trying to train regularly again because I am trying to stay in shape.

At times like these, biggest obstacle to overcome is ourself, especially because it is hard to start the training on your own. It is always hard to start doing sports or exercise especially when you are doing it on your own. Doing the exercise is easier if we have friends that can help motivate us in doing the exercise.
